Do you think AI companies owe us a stake in their business? It's an interesting point. AI is built off of all of us; we should share in the profits. Especially since AI is going to take our jobs and/or slash our salaries.

Maybe. Unlikely automotive or foodstuff, which source raw materials to produce a product, Big Tech’s raw material is our behavioral patterns and our personal data. Without users, the FAANGs of the world (this term now passé?) would look very different.
