My best guess is that we'll go through a period where a lot of management types think they can get away with having AI do a lot of jobs. And the results will pass the bar of being "good enough." And then there will be some notorious disasters, and some litigation, and people will come to their senses and realize that the robots can't truly think.

Very true! I think we’re already seeing consumers too exhausted by AI content; and more often than not, it’s painfully obvious. It’ll be interesting to see how it all unfolds
I have been using AI in my role, plus just been certified in it. I did not think it will replace people, but people who don’t know it will be replaced by people who do.

Same here! Would love to know more about your certification. Have you found it genuinely useful?
You’d better do a little more PRAYing and a little less TELLing.
Will the printing press succeed?
Can airplanes fly?
Will they put sound on film?
Is Kim Kardashian overhyped?
These are the eternal questions.
Yes, Praytell Agency person. You are ill informed to not read the writing on the typewriter.
I don't get when people say those things. We will always need to do the human aspect, and we need people to review what AI does, so I don't believe it.
I hope more people see it that way as well.
All I know is: AI still doesn’t know how many fingers is the standard amount for people.
I've used AI in my role. I've found that its helpful but I haven't totally seen anything where I feel like its coming for me quite yet.
I will say though I've seen people say they haven't been hiring as many junior/entry level employees since AI can help mid-level folks like myself with tasks that we'd otherwise delegate to the entry level folks. Which that makes me a little concerned about how we're growing the next generation of talent.
