Hi all, Next week, my interview was scheduled in Salesforce triage support engineer role. I have some doubt please clarify me! 1. What are the questions for triage support engineer? 2. What they will prefer? 3. How do I prefer for my interview? 4. What is the salary package for this role? I have three years experience. Please guide me!

Heyhey.
Looking to hire a product UX/designer to freelance and help design + run ideation workshops for our Fortune 100 client looking to drive innovation and create/incubate b2c apps.
Would be great if you also knew how to set up an intake form to get a specific brief in order to design the workshop.
Bonus if you know how to design and set-up early stage usability experiments via landing pages/figma to validate problems/solutions before developing a MVP.

If think it all depends on the quality of the referrals. If you’re referring people who are qualified for the roles the I don’t see the issue. Also making sure you’re honestly categorizing them. Some orgs track leads and referrals. Leads being people you met networking and aren’t people whose character / work ethic you can vouch for vs referrals being friends or previous coworkers who you know well. Generally compensated very differently by the org. My current company has a public leaderboard of people who have had the highest number of successful referrals and one guy on there has something insane like 500+
Just double checked and he’s high up in the engineering org. Kind of wondering if he had a company that we acquired and if everyone who was brought over was attributed as a referral. Next person on the list has 87 successful referrals which is still a lot.
I only give referrals to those people I know that I can vouch for their qualities and skills. I don't want my name to be attached to someone who can't even do the basics of their job.
Can I get a referral? And then you can decide if it’s too much?
Absolutely. They can see who made the referral and will definitely bring it up during the interview. If your referral tells the partner you were just handing them out like candy... imagine how that would reflect on you.
