When I feel like I’m overthinking a project, I go to Reddit to step away, look at random stuff, then go back to my work with a clear head.

How to handle the situation where the notice period is high and even after mentioning at every level that notice is so and so number of days, after last round they say we want immediate joiners and put the profile on hold. Even the organisation with highest notice period want early joiners.

Portfolio question to creatives, especially the freelancers out there. The last produced campaign I have in my book is from 2020. I’ve been busy freelancing since but nothing book-worthy IMO. Lately I’ve been getting a lot of “what else you got” and “send over your up-to-date resume” comments from recruiters and GCD level creatives. How do you handle this? Do you give a general client and/or agency list? Some are also asking about side hustles and it’s frankly getting exhausting.
