Docker & Kubernetes in Real Production: Need a Real Day-to-Day Example

I’m working as an Azure Cloud Engineer, but I haven’t worked hands-on with Docker or Kubernetes in a real production environment. In interviews, everyone asks for day-to-day real-time examples, and I’m not able to answer confidently.

Could someone please share one solid real production scenario—
• What kind of application it was
• Why Docker was used
• What daily tasks you handled
• How you used Kubernetes

I’m a fifth year associate who is ready to get out of litigation (and private practice altogether). I’ve only ever done professional malpractice (legal, med mal, etc) and feel like those skills will not transfer as well if I had done transactional work. Anyone else work in the service industry growing up? Closing on my first home. Advice for anyone with student loans in administrative forbearance per the Cares act: once your offer is accepted have you student loan servicer put your account back in repayment status.

Accounts in forbearance, even administrative forbearance, are calculated at a higher monthly payment by the underwriter.

My fictitious debt to income ratio was too high for them to approve me, and it took seven days for my loan to be officially back in repayment. So just a heads up.
