Hi everyone, I got an offer from Capgemini and the joining location is Pune but my preferred location is Noida. I saw on LinkedIn and other websites that Capgemini is hiring for the same role in NCR as well. Is it possible to get my location changed before joining? Incoming junior-level consultant wants to know what is “billable hour”.
Once in a while I see discussions around billable hours, but I don’t know how that works. After googling, it appears to me that billable hour only matters to me if my salary is paid by hours. Since I will receive a fixed annual salary, does this mean that I don’t need to worry about the concept of billable hours?
A related questions: generally speaking, is the bonus related to the hours that I worked?
