Does any MBB value true Corporate Strategy experience? I work in industrials and want to pivot back to consulting at some point.

Just started IB. Prior to this I was in valuations at deloitte. Today I worked 11 hours and im getting texts from coworkers now. I already feel burnt out. Can someone help guide me and explain to me how people do this?

Currently a CSM for a tech start up (REALLY EARLY STAGES) and have been there for almost 2 years.
