Hi Capgemini people, Till 15th November we have to declare our vaccination status so that they can plan back to office for the employees who are fully vaccinated or having report of not having covid. I am Fully vaccinated but if I declare that I am partially vaccinated will they get to know my bluff? Actually I am not much interested to go back to office as of now may be in february it will be fine for me

100% I feel like it’s a bit of a trap- AI can help speed things up but the additional expectations I think is outstripping the gains right now. And worse, I feel like tbh I can use AI better but because of the pressure I don’t actually have time to sit and experiment with them to make it work.
I hate that execs think there’s an AI answer for everything even when honestly some stuff is just not great coming out of AI yet or takes massaging.
Also, dumping 50 pages of AI slop on your team and expecting them to vet/fix it is the opposite of productive.
This is something that I agree with. It helps, but we also need to spend time in checking, reviewing, and generating the prompts.
You’re not alone. Efficiency tools can backfire when they create new learning curves. It sometimes feels like we’ve traded one kind of workload for another.
I don't, but that's not because of the tools. They actually work very well for my purposes. The problem is that my boss knows they make me more effective, which means they're assigning me more work.
I feel like having to learn the AI tools is taking longer than what is being taken off my plate. Nothing seems to be happening any faster around here. I don't feel like anything has been made easier.

I think we’re stuck in the messy middle of transitioning from more manual ways of working to leveraging these tools. What our bosses and companies aren’t accounting for is the learning curve and transition to a new way of working. That sheeeeeeet takes time and when we are stuck between the two worlds it creates more work because we have to learn.

There are a lot of people doing AI just for the sake of AI. It’s helpful to start with a problem and see if there is an AI solution.
