Does anyone else suffer from tinnitus or anything similar that makes it hard to concentrate throughout the day? I've not been able to pinpoint a reason or cause, doctors have been useless (PCP, ENT, Specialists) so I'm trying to find ways to manage it on my own, which a lot of the time result sin YouTube videos with some sort of noise generation. Just curious is anyone else has been dealing with something similar, and how you've found to cope!
