Does anyone have any advice as to how long i should wait to hear from a company I had an in-person interview with? The interview went very well and I know they spoke to my references. They told me that I should hear something by the following week. It is now the end of the second week and no word either way yet. This is excruciating! Help!

If you are fresher, go for a WF Office setup. You will learn things beyond your work. In the initial phase of of your career, one needs to focus more on learning than on comfort. The interactions at office, meeting with collegues, conversations at the cafeteria, sense of responsibilty, the need to walk up on time to reach office etc will shape you for better.

Once you have a work experience of few year then any setup is fine. Go for WFH.

Working on a deal where buyer's side keeps on insisting on a POA to effectuate all actions of Seller under the agreement, including executing documents. I keep striking this and commenting that this is not standard. Has anyone dealt with this? I am okay with a limited POA based on the industry of the Seller, but not this general POA.
