Does anyone here freelance on the side? How do you price yourself? I work in data science and so my w2 pays me $300k so around $150hr when broken down to hourly. Can I reasonably do the same work on the side through freelancing basing the project cost around $300hr? I currently work as a contracted Operations Manager but I’m in need of something a little more sufficient as far as salary. I have experience in Management both restaurant, healthcare, and I suppose this particular position counts too I just don’t know how to specify it. I really want to get out of the 35-40k salary range and I have the experience to do it just not the degree. I think I suck at interviews too (I get really nervous and start doubting myself).
