Hey fishes,
Let’s say Brillio gave some joining bonus and if we are leaving within an year we need to pay it back.
So does it mean I need to put papers after one year or is that okay to put papers after 9 months, so serving 3 months notice makes it one year.
Please let me know if anyone had an idea about this.
Brillio

I work for a fully remote PR agency. Since most of our work is in digital PR anyway, it's pretty convenient to be able to work from home. The only thing I don't really like is the meetings we have to have with clients over Zoom, it can be a little bit awkward to have eight people in a meeting.
I did communications for a large tech company. I focused on employee communications we were mostly remote with occasional trips to the office. Most meetings were on Teams and all our work was done on the computer since it was mostly newsletters, emails, etc.
I've been in a hybrid environment for the past few years and it works out pretty well. There are days when there's honestly no reason to be in the office. But I will say I think working in an office is not necessarily a bad thing. The years when I worked in an office is when I learned so much, and that is nearly impossible to replicate in a remote situation. If you do find opportunities that require you to be in the office, don't rule them out, they can provide priceless experience.
I agree! I’m in second career mode at the moment and a remote position works best with my family life.
