Does anyone have ideas or things that have worked for them in preventing and/or catching motorcycle eluding drivers? Once a motorcycle starts to take off from us, we terminate relatively quickly. What are other ways people have found to help in their areas? Things like undercover vehicles and following them until they are off their bike, maybe taking photos when groups are hanging out at certain businesses, etc. Just looking for more ideas to help, as we had motorcycle eludings almost every weekend last summer... and it's about to be that time again.

Will it be a good decision to directly get a job as an experienced candidate by telling I have experience in Java(2 years)

or

I shouldn't lie about my prior experience with SAP BASIS.

I’ve been at my company for 8 months. I just found out another designer who has been here for several years gets an annual bonus at the end of the fiscal year. I have never been told about a bonus and haven’t gotten one yet for the previous fiscal year that ended In July. Should I have been told I get a bonus when I signed on or are they typically a surprise?
