Does anyone have issues with annual leave and coming back to a tonne of work?
At my company we are supposed to cover work when people are off but this only seems to be the case if people go away for longer than a week. I only ever take a week off at a time usually and I feel my stuff never gets covered, so I have so much to do when I get back!

Currently iam working as a Senior analyst in operations. However, is it good to go for Data analytics rather than continuing in the same Supply Chain field?

I am interested in exploring other opportunities as I know there are a lot out there, but is anyone else worried about the current economic state? I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

I am so tired of being treated like an assistant and I’m at a loss on how to correct it. My coworkers are generally nice, but while I watch white (usually male) associates at my level or even more junior get substantive work, I’m still receiving administrative tasks as a mid-level. Appreciate any advice.

I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.

It's important to push yourself to achieve your goals, but don't forget to "Live" in the process.
