Been working at JP for 7 years and my total comp is at 98k. People on my team are coming in at a higher salary. I spoke with senior management and they mentioned that I’m “one of the highest paid senior associates on the team”. Love the bank, but I’m currently searching for new opportunities. Sucks that banks don’t pay enough if you stay.
