Does anyone have recommendations for companies that are hiring for remote work that isn't sales? It seems like every job listing ends up being a scam. After I apply, I am almost immediately inundated with spam calls, texts and emails. Started to search for the company names prior to applying via Glassdoor, LinkedIn and Indeed, and since I started doing that ALL of them are flagged as scam companies. Not sure how they're getting away with posting fake jobs but its happening. Help!

I have not seen too many remote roles hiring unfortunately. They seem to be much more scarce these days. I would suggest posting in the job referral bowl to see if you can get any leads in there.

Good luck with that....They all scams in one way or another...Stay looking...

Keep getting approached by rival firms for ~50% salary increases in London. Raised it with my company and got a 5% raise. Don’t want to sound ungrateful but doesn’t scratch the surface of the underpayment of where I am, it’s well below market rates. Manager hinted at getting an offer which they could counter could help but, I can’t see them matching 45-55% I could get elsewhere. Like the work and culture here and salary isn’t everything, but unsure how to approach this. 26 YO with 2.5YOE.

Happy Wednesday everyone. I'm so excited, I have a recruiter call scheduled with @Meta for Administrative Partner position. I've been in my current employer role for 19 years and I'm nervous as heck. I haven't had to do an interview in so long. Can someone please tell me what to expect with the recruiter call? I'm assuming it will be mostly about the role, my skills and background? Do they ask salary expectations? I have no idea what to say for the salary question. Feedback appreciated. Thanks
