My technical round was over and its the second round.

Is it general HR questions or do they ask puzzles or miscellaneous questions?

Have anyone taken Growth school design workshops? Are they even relevant?
I know they might be teaching all proper UX but in reality companies doesn't follow.
There is no scope for doing research. And it is only a handful of product company that has a design team, rest places doesn't even understand what actual Design is. But being in this field, not everyone will get a chance to work with top design driven companies
