Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.

I've had minimal experience with Ladders. I found many of the jobs posted weren't actually 6-figure roles at all. But check Google yourself and you'll see more negative than positive reviews about it.
I’ve glanced at their listings, and they seem dated for my area - they list jobs that appear closed, and things like that. I think I had a teaser rate as I haven’t paid for it
I’ve used it off and on over the years and never found it helpful in any way.
When I'm working with one of our Executive clients, I used Ladders and a few other paid sites to find opportunities. However, I then use what they have written to find the real listing.
I have found "Super Confidential" positions simply by reading between the lines and then searching Google, not for the job but for the key phrases.
You don't need a Premium (paid) account on The Ladders. Just sign up for the free one. However, again, they may not give you all the details.
Put on your Sherlock Holmes hat and be a detective.
Also, note that many of them, when you DO find out who it is, are expired.
Finally, when you apply, make sure your resume matches what they want and need.
