Does anyone with experience as an interviewer have any thoughts on a candidate coming in for an interview wearing Meta glasses? They expressed they are using them for notes and points they dont want to forget for the interview. Curious if there is any conversation around this yet.

Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

I’m applying for a job that requires a writing sample. I would like to submit a sample that was filed and used in a case. The problem is, all of the samples I can submit also include a partner in the signature block and were reviewed before filing. Any tips on writing a cover letter explaining that, aside from minor revisions by the partner, the writing is my own?

Any advise for wrist pinch pain? (Not looking for the surgery route). I also have an ergonomic keyboard.
