Didn’t help me much. Vitamin A worked much better in my case.

I’ve only tried one brand and it helped me. And for the record, I was actually deficient in beta carotene based on my blood test. So maybe it make sense for you to do the same? I mean to get blood work done.

If you are concerned, I would strongly recommend getting a blood panel. Self selection of vitamins and nutrients to supplement can either be a waste of money or an investment of time (wait and see) that delays you from taking action on the root cause.

If you don’t want a blood panel, keep a good log and at least consider seeing a dietician or nutritional consultant.

No it does not. It only provides the vitamins you need for your current hair to be nourished

Good afternoon everyone,

I am switching careers from Clinical Social Work into Project Management. I possess many transferable skills and a PM certification. I'd love a referral to PM roles at Google, Meta, Amazon or other Big Tech Companies. I'd also love to connect with other PMs in the tech space on LinkedIn if interested!

Which one makes more sense as I graduate with an MHA: Work in strategy in a healthcare system, get experience for a few years then transfer to strategy consulting. Or start in consulting then probably transfer to a leadership position in healthcare strategy after a few years.

I need advice from younger 🐠 who are closer to my son’s age than I am. He’s finishing up his 1st year in college and he’s gained the Freshman 15+. He plays a college sport, so he’s getting some activity, but with classes a hybrid of in-person and online, he’s not as active as usual and I think he’s enjoying unlimited food on his dining plan. I’ve heard jokes about the Freshman 15, but not seen how this plays out. Is this common? Do most people lose it when they adjust to college?
