It takes experience to get assumptions right. The model making itself ie the mechanics making sure the model is right is where your value is as entry level team member.
Most partners have not done real jobs outside of consulting

Just build a really really thick skin, take in what you feel is valuable. Don't obsess over feedback which you don't find meaningful.
I must've worked 20+ partners and they all have their own way of doing things. One doesnt work for the other.
Instead of focusing on the negative, focus on learning from that feedback, they don’t expect you to get it right at 100%, rather to have an adaptable attitude with openness to learning and being coached.

If their feedback is useful then great, I can’t with formatting feedbacks like every exec wants something different! Content is the same
keep in mind that you will always get feedback and you'll have to make changes. Even if perfect. It's the model. If a partner is giving their feedback the only way to prove value is to show it. If a jr gets it right all the time, then why do you need a partner? Consulting is a game of selling constantly (internally and externally) your value. At all levels.
