After MBA, Deloitte UK offered me a low-ball position of a C instead of SC. I really want to work for Google (dream co.) in their GCP domain as a Program Manager as I have Project Manager experience too. But every time I apply for the role, I get rejected. Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? I hate leaving money on the table but there are some good roles out there. I’m not fully vested in my current 401k yet and my stock grants haven’t matured yet either. Skill - SAP BASIS Administrator
YOE - 5 years
Offered Package - 11.6 LPA and 1L joining bonus
Current CTC - 9.6 LPA

I feel like the offered package is too low. When the mentioned the same to the HR, he said this the maximum they can offer for the role.

Kindly suggest how much I can ask to the HR for the mentioned skills and experience.
