I'm like you, I almost never do. Food never sounds good to me first thing in the morning. All I want is a cup of coffee.
I never have. Hell, I skip lunch alot too.
I’m not a morning person and breakfast is a struggle. It’s off and on.

I understand because I’m the same way
No, and I haven’t since high school. Not unless it’s a day off and we get breakfast on our own time. I also take morning meds that have to be taken on an empty stomach to work. However, in my 20s it wasn’t an issue to skip breakfast but in my 30s I learned to keep some snacks around juuuuuust in case my blood sugar drops or something.

That’s smart to pack something for the just in case times
I think everyone’s different, but I do feel like having something in the morning helps, even if it’s just a granola bar and coffee or juice. It helps keep your energy up so you’re not hangry and can stay focused on your day. I used to be like you and not eat anything in the mornings though, but I have noticed that I'm way better focus wise when I do eat something.
Yes I do!! My mom makes me a chocolate protein shake with banana and one day she makes me a Strawberry Oatmeal drink with Chia seeds, It taste so good and It gives me energy to start off my workday
