Something has been bothering me for a long time and I want to get it off my chest.

My firm does upward feedback and I asked about 10 of my team to participate so that I could be a better supervisor for them. My results: I got mostly great feedback with constructive points, however along with it I received the meanest, most cold hearted criticism I’ve ever seen (con’t in comments).

Nothing infuriates me more than seeing cops pull people over at the beginning of rush hour on the Beltway. Out of all the times to do traffic stops, 4:15 on one of the nations busiest freeways is not it.

I just got lip injections, and a touch of volumna filler in my cheeks/chin area. I am so anxious about it migrating and looking terrible, I am freaking out. Does anyone know how common this is, or has anyone gotten these things done and had it fade gradually as it is supposed to?

Question for those who are married or about to be : how did you know he/she was the one? And how long did it take you to realize it?

Everyone who I want to like me or to hangout with doesn’t respond to my texts or tells me they are too busy. This weekend I reached out to 12 people to see if they wanted to grab coffee or a drink or go for a walk. The number of people who just didn’t respond astounded me. I ended up eating dinner in bed by myself and getting brunch on my own.

The only people who reach out to me, I don’t want to hangout with. I don’t have the same interests as them and have to try really hard… cont below
