Hi,
In tcs my joining date is passed still not received onboarding link.
Is it normal there because been 4 days delay still they are not giving any update.
It’s kinda hectic to call every time to recruiter and get back with the same answer like work in process.
Should I even expect the joining date?
Let me know if anyone faced that kind of situation before. Tata Consultancy even onboarding manger is not giving Reply’s to my. Mails
Hi everyone, I am 4.9 years experienced , I joined Fractal 3 months ago as a data engineer, but still haven't got any project. Process is so slow that I have received only 4 to 5 project calls. I switched in hopes that will learn the new tech and tools. But now i am starting to forget even the one i knew. Should i go for change or wait a little more time as fractal is reputed in AI/ML? I have interview lined up with Impetus as for now. Would it be better choice?

Yes. But the payback period if 3 years, not 2. Out of curiosity, why do you want a JD? Unless you have a very specific career goal, I’m skeptical the value is there to justify the joint degree.
As a JD, I agree. The only advice I have seen for getting a JD/MBA is for people that fail to get an internship/summer associate position that want another bite at on campus recruiting it’s typically JDs that miss out on a big law job, since those are the only jobs that pay enough to manage the JD school debt.
In addition, a JD/MBA is pretty dominated by the JD requirements. And getting a JD sucks - your first year is spent in the rat races of rat races to get in that top % of the class that gets the big law jobs/clerkships, writing into law review, and dealing with law school students. MBAs on the other hand just seem to party and network.
Finally, employers don’t really care about the combined degree. Law firms will be interested in your law school stats (class rank, law review, etc.) and consulting firms/BB banks will be interested in your MBA.
