Does HPE let us know the BGV status like whether its cleared or not. Usually how much time they will take to complete the BGV process. Mine its been a week. Today onboarding team didnt responded my call as well.. so bit confused with the BGV ( no fake exp, just a month of overlap of one month in epf, which is that company mistake and informed the onboarding team earlier)

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..
