I saw this townhouse in a prime location in my city for $350k (cheap for the area). The floors are all messed up though but the buyer said they’ll either lower the house price or give a credit for closing cost. There’s also a lot of nicks here and there (some locks missing from door, dents, scratches, stains, and some things are loose). But overall, the house’s architecture and design is so beautiful. They came back to me shortly after that saying they were inviting me to a superday next week for all 3 positions. If anyone knows what the next steps are, I’d appreciate any info or insight. I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.
