Does omnicom / its agencies have a tuition reimbursement benefit?

I have an offer for a senior technical accountant role in HCOL. The base is about 103K. But I'm required to work on-site basically every week day. Due to this, how much more % wise do you think I can reasonably try to negotiate for? Thanks!
