No

They are implementing 3 days a week from April. Currently, it’s 2 days a week or 8 days in a month. WFH also depends upon manager’s/TL’s discretion.

A1, thanks for responding :) Can we get permanent wfh on exception basis?

I don’t think so but you can discuss it with your manager and HR. They have the final say. I can’t tell this.

Appeared for an interview in TCS on 7th april and after that no mail communication, only phone calls to upload documents. Uploaded documents and it is showing in verified stage. Status in portal still showing "Resume Shortlisted", what is that mean??

Hey all, this is regarding Audible. I already did the pre interview call, assessment, technical phone interview with director and now am invited for the (I believe final) on-site virtual interview for a quality assurance engineer I role. Does anyone have any tips or is able to chat about their experience? They said to block off the whole day as it is around 4 hours with a panel.

Thanks

Hello recruiters! How do you feel about people reaching out to you directly on LinkedIn?

I am a 15+ yr digital marketing/comms guy trying to be proactive about my next job without being weird. There are a few companies I would LOVE to work for and frankly just want to tell them.

I’ll post a draft note of what I was thinking in the comments so you get a sense of how I would approach this.

thanks in advance for any advice.

Has anyone successfully negotiated a title? I was looking for Senior Manager positions but applied for some Mgr positions too. I’m up for promo next year at my current job as well. The current industry offer meets my comp expectation but planning to see if they would bring me in as a senior manager. There isn’t a set hierarchy for the team as of right now as they are building the team and I’d be reporting to a senior executive. Any talking points/tips that might help me negotiate?

Need quick input.

Company: PWC SDC Kolkata
Exp : 11.10 yrs

Expected role? SM / AD
Expected CTC?

Urgent. Need for negotiation. Pls.

Hey Fishes,

Can I retire from Pwc if I want to??

I'm really feeling afraid about joining since I see max people leave after 2-3 years.

I want to work for 6-7 years at least. Sorry if this seems like a dumb question.

I'm just curious since I've seen people working for 20 years in TCS, but I don't know how it is in PWC.

Any help will be appreciated

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
