Hi, I have paid medical insurance premium of 27300 in the month of April 2022. My last working day was 17th October. I have talked with finance team, they told me I will get the 27300 rupees on FNF
Today I received mail from KPMG. On FNF , 27300 rupees in not included.

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. When you apply for any opportunity, how well versed should you be with all the things mentioned in a JD, like certification, experience, some tools and technology, coding language. Do you see a 100% fit before you apply or go for the opportunity if you see the responsibilities meeting your expectation and know only like 60% of the expected or desired skills.

Hey mates, I have an overall experience of 14 years with 6lakh CTC. Started my career in BPO though I am from computer science background and then proved myself for the IT movement within the same company before 8 years (6 years in BPO and 8 years in IT). Nothing is changed financially but in a better role. Have got certified in GCP.
