I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. One is from Kpmg global with 16 fixed and 1 lakh joining bonus (there will be sure shot deduction of 16k each month for Pf as this is how they have fixed component structure. Total ctc - 16
Second is hexaware with 16.15 fixed and total ctc is 18.
