Does your company hold an employee appreciation week? My department did for a few years until we had a lot of restructuring happen at the new year. I fully expected that to be the first thing to go, but turns out it was just delayed this year. My team got nice fuzzy blankets in the mail from our manager this week. Currently in the process of interview for the role of a Technical Writer at Amazon (Seattle). Before the virtual onsite loop, I have been asked to provide an expected salary including base, bonus, and equity.

Based on my search, I am expecting a base salary of 105 - 120K. However, I am not sure about the bonus and equity. Any thoughts?

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.

I recently got a job offer through a company that offered me the high end of what I was asking (75k) but since it is the high end of what I asked for, do I have room to negotiate? Do I have a leg to stand on if I even try negotiating at the point? I have til Friday to fully accept. I’ve never negotiated my salary but want to be sure I’m being paid fairly for this site merchandiser role! TIA

Pricing Strategy vs. Marketing Communications (both in Pharma)? Which role do you guys/gals believe better sets one up for a leadership role in marketing in the future.
