As a IT analyst in TCS, will be completing 8yrs in march.. My manager is not initiating my AST even though i am eligible.. Is there any way i can push for it? What is the eligible criteria? When is the AST promotion cycle? Also can i negotiate for salary hike in this promotion? My current CTC is too low approx 5.8LPA. If yes, what should be the% hike i should be looking at.

I am going to join EY GDS in next 2 weeks. What is the appraisal cycle? Will I get a revised salary in 2022 or bonus? Pro rated bonus should be released, right? EY

Some of them advertise "real sugar" because there are even worse and cheaper kind of sugary ingredients you can add. I just signed for a 100% raise and promo at another B4 and I don’t even fully comprehend how much that will affect my life yet but I am super ecstatic. I always saw posts about these seemingly out of reach salaries and I would get all sad like damn it’s gonna take me years to get there and then boom just like that I’m there. Unreal. Was in the process of interviewing in industry starting in July.
