Director recently gave me add’l merit-based raise (after my annual raise, been here 14 months) & slight title change to Marketing Comm Specialist II. I am applying for a lead information security advisory position at AWS that is focused on IT Audit and assessment. What types of questions should I expect for the technical interview ? I can’t find much online.

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?

I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. There’s a debit card that I’ve been using for the past 4 years and it beats out some of the cash back credit cards. It’s the Cash app debit card. I haven’t heard people talk about it in the card community and it could save people a bit of money - 10% cash back.
