I have my annual review next week. Starting my 7th year at the current job. 13+ years in the field. But my current company is a nonprofit. They are great. But annual raise has always been 2%. Junior keeps sending me their work, but partner never asked me to review it. I am a mere one class year ahead of them. I’m not going to cover for their work product either. In spirit of transparency, How can I politely tell them they don’t need to keep doing this nonsense?
