Don't know how they are taking candidates , i completed all rounds , all things done i sent the documents as well and today when i called them they told its rejected , if they don't want to release offer why they wasted time , really poor organization and hiring method , dont wait and waste time on this

Looking at a Facebook people strategy role and wondering if I’d have a higher chance at getting a first round interview if I was referred by a FB recruiter in a different department? I have another friend who is a FB benefits manager but he says 9/10 referrals of his don’t get one. Thoughts?

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. Boomer. I am in between jobs. Laid off in 10/21 after 16+ yrs, with an ABA firm. RIF. Still on excellent terms. Took my time living off generous package and didn’t seriously start applying until 01/22. Made a rookie mistake and accepted first offer.
Turns out job wasn’t as advertised. Mutual parting of ways 3/22. Due diligence is critical.
