Practice has been growing rapidly but I’ve been in a rut as a few projects went on ice due to COVID, and have been swinging and missing on BD. In parallel, my Practice Leader has been crazy busy because of said growth and has missed last few check-ins with me. He’s also my main PPMD sponsor. So am feeling demotivated and a little unloved. Recently on 15th September , status in ibegin changed from evaluation in progress to evaluated

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

But I inform to my manager I have a offer with x amount and he agreed to match it
Right now I am going for a call with HR
If they ask do I have any offer in my hand then what should I answer them
Will HR ask for the offer latter which I have?

I join tcs by changing my profile and my previous exp was in 5 yr pre-sales.
I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?
Plz suggest.
