During times like this, do you guys hedge your long positions or just go to cash? I’ve been buying puts on SPY to cover my tech exposure, but the cost of protection is getting crazy. I’m wondering if I should just cut exposure instead of bleeding premium. What’s your go-to defensive move?

How do real estate lenders take cash flow into consideration?
