11.5 fixed plus 50k joining bonus.
At the same time previous offer
epsilon hr is quarreling with me will
match and give only 12 (including all
components). Now i am in dilemma.
Should i go with atos syntel or stick to
epsilon?

I’ve been involved in the building and growth of a small family business for the past 4 years, growing internally as the company continues to scale. I’ve been promised over the years a more defined leadership role with equity, but only promises. Recently, I’ve been offered a job at an analytics company with over 8000+ employees with a pay raise and substantial career growth. Any advise???

Bonus Structures:

Looking for a comparison to what other firms are offering and how this one stacks up. Ours is working out a brand new bonus structure:

Our general targets are 75% util. Billable or qualified non-billable time. Bonuses will be $1000 per quarter just meeting that. $25/ hr for every billable hour beyond that on top.

Creating compensation packages and would love ideas of how yours are set. All our employees are hourly or salaried, no commissions and owners don’t want any bonus structure. Are you doing 3% raises?

I was recently promoted, and now part of my team report to me. I'm now able to see their pay rates and I am honestly so disappointed in the company. Especially since we just gave annual raises in Feb, plus we can all see where the money is going and it's not to the employees. Makes me sick

Thoughts on this offer: Amazon AWS L6 Sr. Engagement Mgr Proserv $291k TC Atlanta Area. I have 20 YOE/MBA.

I applied for a L7 Principal Eng. mgr role and provided $350k-$450k TC range. Was offered the L6 Sr. Engagement Mgr role $29k K TC.
- Base $190k, $90k Y1, $68k Y2, 80 RSU
RSU valued at $222k based on $2.5k (30day avg + 15% YOY growth) - actual value $2.1k today.

Any advice on negotiation? Interviewer says max $200k Base/$300k TC Atlanta area. Is $225k base/$350k TC feasible?
