I'm currently at another big firm but don't live near a major metro so I work remotely. I'm not in a position where I can move so I'm looking to find another agency that is open to remote.

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). What kind of chance does a PR pro with ~7 years of solid experience across CPG and hospitality brands, including a mix of global agency work and smaller boutique firms, have at going in house? What’s the culture like at H+K? I get the impression that it’s a lot more up tight than other big agencies. I get old school, suited up, lobbying type PR vibes but I could be wrong.
