Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. Let’s talk insurance benefits? This company offered a 70:30 split during negotiation… turns out they only pay 30% for a max of $150/month

Therapists be warned… 3 SLPs have sued this company in the last year because of unethical management & supervisory practices by the owner. They also tend to “bait & switch” or make lots of promises they can’t keep. Get everything in writing because they often do the bait and switch with benefits. Ask to see the employee handbook before accepting offer and read the fine print RE benefits. A later career profession who can stay under the owner’s radar could be ok at this job.
