I know right? I have had that before and it's very difficult. I hate when they think they have the truth. That sounds really frustrating and upsetting. You deserve respect like anyone else, especially when you're off the clock. Some customers cross the line, and it hurts more when they treat you like you’re not a person. I hope your manager supports you fully.
Oh yes, the customer who thinks a punch card for complaints equals free meals for life. I’ve met a few of those. Always amazing how bold people get when they think you owe them something. How do you usually keep your cool when they cross that line from annoying to flat-out disrespectful?
Totally get that! Entitled customers can be exhausting. It’s tough keeping your cool especially when they expect everything to go their way.
Wow, that's wild! People have so much audacity, it's incredible. I feel like it's gotten worse in the past couple of years. I've been in food service for about 20 years and I've never seen it like this…
WOW. I hate dealing with customers like that. Its clear that some people had no home training and they really do think they are entitled to things. I am sorry that happened to you though, I know customers like that are not fun to deal with at all.
