Try to relate to the fact that what your leadership has billed as a merger has the optics of anything but. It'd be different if Sapient was this glorious growth machine. But 0.4% YOY growth last year against A MUCH LOWER margin target than legacy RF creates little confidence (in me at least) that the new org is going to right this ship. Thus, the bitching.

Combining the two is actually a good thing. We actually complement each other well from a skill perspective, but the vibes are very different. It'll work itself out.....don't think 🐠 bowl is the right forum for this convo
How's about both teams push the bullshit aside and make something amazing. We both have intelligence and talent within the walls. Bring it together and make the shitty name actually mean something.

If that's how you feel why don't you raise it with publicis group? and stop the hostility towards us?? this wasn't our idea you know!! oh and by the way the reason our margin was lower is cuz we are better at making coin! it's standard practice for holding companies to up the margin on underperforming agencies. WPP et al would have smashed y'all a lot harder and sooner. it's time you did some relating to that.
