My last employer's HR department is being a pain and say they're not authorized to sign customized Employment Verification Letters. How did you get around that?
I have a couple other letters, but need this letter to meet the total years of experience required for the job position on the PERM.

PwC immigration service is soooo slow. I submitted my I-140, 485 etc to them, it’s been four weeks now, they have not submitted it. They like to drag everything.
