Expected sign on bonus and/or year end bonus percentage for Accenture Strategy Manager?

Joining via acquisition as an L7. Do the bonuses typically pay out most years? At what average percentage amount?

I have 5.5 yoe as a developer and a current CTC: of 9 LPA

I got the offer letter from Tata technology 15 LPA and cognota 15.5 LPA . 

and Fujitsu offer letter is in pipline . 

But I am expecting at least 18 -19 LPA. how to deal with the company for salary hikes. ?  which company is best ?

I’m level 9 in Accenture NL earning 62k annum. base pay. Is this in the average salary as Security Consultant or do I need to demand more?

Does anyone work in industrial automation? I work as a director and my base is 160k in a MCOL/HCOL. TC is typically going to be a bit over 200k, depending on sales.

Would you be comfortable with a demotion in title, even if you're changing industries and the pay is relatively on par? Would you try to negotiate the title after the offer?

What do you say when companies ask for your salary range? It’s a little schemey to me they basically force you into a corner when they’re the ones with knowledge of their available range. It feels like talking about where you’re currently at isn’t enough nor appropriate and there’s so much t consider with a new role besides just the $.
