My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

In the words of the great poet of our times Flo Rida - “Shawty got low low low low low low low low”
Truer words were never spoken
Confirming in industry? if so, that's about right. Depending on experience and seniority, I usually see 140-180k base
SM in consulting, it's low
This. Industry SM is at the top end maybe give or take another 5-10k base. Consulting would be low to mid 200s
sounds low to me. that range sounds like a manager position.
Low
I think that is high for industry. 180 you will see director title in industry
Low by $20-$30k
Low for San Diego
For industry, I think that’s about what I’d expect for SM
Getting mixed response. The position is for industry, cloud hcm sr manager
I think your ask is reasonable, but at the high end
Agreed, i think those who said low thought you meant sm in consulting
I am getting a similar rile in bay area for $220k, which would you prefer?
Did some analysis, seems like San Diego has the similar COL as Bay Area, especially housing/rental. We have a kid going to elementary.
