Am I better off using 28k Chase points for a hotel or 50k Bonvoy points?

Graduated 2018 with STEM major/extension. 3 years working, and in 2 of those years USCIS ran 2 H1B lotteries. So 5 lotteries and I still didn’t get it.

The chance of not getting it 5x in a row is ~25% chance ^ 5 = 0.097%. Insane. Also, I don’t know anyone who graduated earlier than 2018 and did not get it on the first three tries.

What credit card do you all use? Have a favorite for airline benefits?

At WTEY (EY) I was told that we have to reserve hotel and flight, and spend on the Corp Amex when in travel. Can I use my own credit card on all expenses to collect Visa points without being audited or not reimbursed?

I had cleared tcs interview somewhere in the first week of february. I did receive call from HR, where I told him to negotiate and he was like I can get you 50% hike not more than that, so, I tried to negotiate further to which be said if you want then this is what I can offer, else that's completely your choice, he said it and disconnected the call.

After that I haven't heard from him. So any clue, how should I chase them here? If not possible then when can I again give interview for tcs?
