Hi!
I have 7+ years of experience in small business management and operations within the Hospitality Industry (franchised motels).
For these last four years, I've been a technician in semiconductors (to have health insurance and actual income).
What side job can I start that can bloom into a real business? Is there a way to get an online business that I can manage from home for 3-4 hours every day?
Amway/MLM is not being considered as I am not a good salesperson.

No, travel is out Monday AM and back Thursday night
It seems that managers can earn $200k+ over there, crazy numbers!
The pay gap is pretty across all industries though. I work in America and I’m trying to move to London and this is the biggest challenge
Yes. Moved here from the states and took a 30% pay cut
You look at the rest of the app there are people with 2-5 years experience earning 120k+
But over there they do A LOT more travelling... usual travel is probably plane Sunday evening and plane back Friday
how much more is it?
Yes, the pay difference is significant especially when you compare the call at of living vs. places like NYC. The earn/spend ratio is ridiculous
I hear Accenture pays better than B4 here.
What would a typical SM salary in advisory look like in London? B4. Understand that there is a range, but looking at a new SM in human capital/tech
Anywhere between £60k - £100k. Speaking from Big 4 perspective. 60 being if you joined as a grad and promoted straight through, upper end of the scale being as an experienced hire
Keep in mind titles can vary across the pond. Here in London, MBAs come in as managers and Associate is fresh out of undergrad.
