I have 6 YOE. I recently clear interview with cognizant. Before interview i asked hr for 20 LPA package.
But after interview was cleared they offer me 16 LPA package as max budget.
I not sure why do like this?

Even though luckily I have same offer from another company. It's difficult to trust on cognizant hr policy.

I am interviewing with Black Knight Financial and am curious what their hiring process is like? Has anyone worked for them and can verify if they do a background check, credit check and employment verification?

Does the compensation aligns with the job position? Have seen people having 11.5 LPA at the same position.
