Accenture India Lately there are so many hr openings with Accenture in almost all portals naukri, indeed, monster, linked in etc but there is not a single response infact I have the cc number wherein status is reflecting as hr will contact you ..but I have not received any revert, tried emailing the hr through a reference got an auto email stating out of office nd shared his contact number to connect, when tried calling hr,he was annoyed but I guess he forgot that he himself has shared the number. I refer to it as “toxic favoritism” which is why I gave my notice yesterday.
That's a loaded statement, though. Are the newcomers eager to learn and advance? Are they excited about and do they embrace change? Do the experienced folks who have been around the block exhibit quiet quitting traits? Do they roll their eyes when the management team rolls out new projects or procedures? Have they kept up on their CE, done what they could to advance themselves as well? I help those who help themselves. If I have to choose between two people: one has been around 15 years and knows everything about the business but is toxic and negative as **** and hasn't taken any of the opportunities I've put forward to engage or advance; and one is a breath of fresh air, easy to talk to, engaged, welcomes change and has a growth mindset but is a lot newer in their role - it doesn't take much to guess which one I'm going to put my energy into and why.
"...a toxic environment that fosters negativity can erode even the most resilient individuals ..." - I completely agree and I'm proof of that, having recently left my long-time place of business due to those traits exhibited in upper management. I'm only saying, employees also have to look within to see why they're being passed over. If everything is equal in terms of attitude, integrity, and work ethic, I agree with you it's horrible those brownnosers get promoted above others who don't "play the game".
